About Us
The inaugural Carnarvon Windfest was launched in January 2020 by the Carnarvon Windfest Association. The community driven Not-for-Profit group aims to transform Carnarvon into a global Windsurfing and Kitesurfing destination. Carnarvon Windfest are working strategically with Windsurfing WA and Kiteboarding Australia to ensure our three-day event attracts the best competitors from around the region. Windfest 2021 will also include family friendly events such as a social splash SUP event, skills clinics and a free Festival with market stalls, food and live entertainment.
